Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of Tryaz Gaming. Please read them in particular before using interactive features such as Mini Games, Giveaways, feedback and bug reports.

1. Provider and scope

Tryaz Gaming at tryazgaming.com is provided by Eliass Piske, Tryaz Gaming. Full contact details are available in the Legal Notice.

These Terms apply to the website and its features. Individual activities, especially Giveaways, may have additional terms displayed with the activity. Individual agreements take precedence.

2. Independent and free fan service

Tryaz Gaming is an independent, unofficial Clash Royale fan service. It is not operated, sponsored or endorsed by Supercell Oy. Clash Royale, Supercell and associated trademarks, game content and artwork belong to their respective owners and are used under Supercell's Fan Content Policy.

The website is generally free and its general features do not require an account. Paid services will only become part of the agreement if they are expressly marked as paid in the future and separately agreed in advance. Advertising, creator links or support through a Creator Code do not change the free use of the website.

3. Scope of the service

The service includes in particular:

• player, clan, battle, card, leaderboard and Merge Tactics analysis,
• the Deck Builder, Meta Decks, Collection, deck and statistics tools,
• locally saved favourites and decks as well as QR codes and deck links,
• Mini Games with shared lobbies, display names and chat,
• stream overlays and other plug-ins, and
• information about free Rewards, Giveaways and external offers.

The website shows which features are currently available. Features marked as locked, experimental or in preparation are not yet part of the usable service.

4. Game data, calculations and recommendations

Game-related data comes in particular from the official Clash Royale API and publicly available sources. Tryaz Gaming processes this data, combines it with its own calculations and may cache it briefly. Data sources may provide delayed, incomplete or inaccurate information.

Decks, ratings, improvement suggestions and strategy information are automated or editorial recommendations. They do not guarantee wins, rank progress, particular game results or lasting suitability after future balance changes. Check the displayed data and current game situation yourself before making an in-game decision.

5. Local storage, QR codes and plug-ins

Favourites, recent searches, saved decks and various settings may be stored exclusively in your browser. They may be lost when browser data is deleted, you change devices or a technical error occurs. You should therefore keep a separate copy of important decks and configurations.

QR codes, deck links and stream overlays make it easier to transfer data to Clash Royale, a browser or streaming software. You are responsible for checking a generated link's content and visibility before opening, importing or publishing it. Generating a link does not guarantee that a third-party platform will continue to support it.

6. Mini Games, display names and chat

Users may enter their own display names and chat messages in Mini Game lobbies. You may only use content for which you have the necessary rights. The following are prohibited in particular:

• unlawful, insulting, threatening, discriminatory, harassing or abusive content,
• another person's personal data without their permission,
• spam, misleading identities or content that infringes third-party rights, and
• links, malicious code or instructions that endanger the website or other users.

You remain responsible for your content. For the duration of the relevant lobby, you grant Tryaz Gaming a simple, royalty-free right to store and transmit that content technically and display it to the other lobby participants. It will not be published beyond the lobby.

Lobby hosts may remove members. Tryaz Gaming may remove content, end lobbies or restrict access to interactive features if there are specific indications of a breach of these Terms, third-party rights or legal requirements, or if necessary for service security. Where possible, the nature, severity and frequency of a breach will be considered.

7. Feedback and bug reports

Submitted feedback and bug reports are intended to help review and improve Tryaz Gaming. Do not submit passwords, credentials, private messages or unnecessary personal data, including in screenshots. You must have the necessary rights to any content and files you submit.

You grant Tryaz Gaming a simple, royalty-free and unlimited right to use your factual suggestions and bug descriptions to review, fix and improve the service. Personal content and attachments are excluded and may only be used to handle the specific submission, subject to the deletion periods in the Privacy Policy.

8. Rewards, Giveaways and creator disclosures

Information about free Rewards or third-party promotions is a snapshot. The relevant provider decides whether a Reward is still available and whether you meet its requirements. External terms, regional restrictions and deadlines also apply.

Giveaways organised by Tryaz Gaming are subject to the information shown with the activity and these Terms. Tryaz Gaming is the organiser. The entry period, prize and any territorial restrictions are displayed with the activity. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Only one entry per person and Giveaway is permitted. Minors may only enter with the consent of their legal representative where legally required. Manipulation, automated or multiple entries, false information and failure to follow displayed steps may lead to exclusion.

After the entry period, the winner will be selected from all valid entries according to the method stated with the activity, or otherwise at random, and notified by email. If the winner does not respond within the reasonable period stated in the message, a new winner may be selected. Entry only creates a chance of winning, not a right to be selected. Cash payment or transfer of the prize claim is excluded unless stated otherwise. Statutory rights remain unaffected. Legal recourse regarding the drawing procedure is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Supercell unless expressly stated for the specific activity. Claims relating to a Tryaz Gaming Giveaway must therefore be addressed to Tryaz Gaming, not Supercell.

Tryaz Gaming may voluntarily offer an available Reward for particularly useful feedback. A Reward preference stated in the form is non-binding. There is no guarantee or entitlement; usefulness and availability are decisive. An entitlement only arises once Tryaz Gaming makes a specific commitment. Providing an email address is voluntary but necessary for contact or delivery of a link.

When you use marked creator links or Creator Codes, Tryaz Gaming may receive compensation or another benefit from Supercell. This does not increase your purchase price. Purchases are made exclusively with the relevant shop operator under its terms.

9. Permitted use

You may only use the website lawfully and as intended. The following are prohibited:

• automated mass requests, scraping or reuse beyond normal personal use,
• circumventing access protection, rate limits, blocks or other security measures,
• attacks, unauthorised load testing, manipulation attempts or introducing malicious code,
• unauthorised access to data, lobbies, administrative features or other users' systems, and
• use that violates Supercell's Fan Content Policy, including promotion of cheats, account trading or unauthorised game software.

Security vulnerabilities must not be exploited, published or used to view other people's data. Please report them confidentially via the email address in the Legal Notice or the designated report feature.

10. Availability and changes to the service

Tryaz Gaming aims to provide a reliable service but does not owe uninterrupted or error-free availability for this free service. Maintenance, security measures, excessive load, and changes to or failures of external APIs and platforms may temporarily restrict features.

Features may be changed or discontinued for objective reasons, including security, legal requirements, changes to Clash Royale or external interfaces, technical development or disproportionate operating costs. Users' legitimate interests will be considered. Expressly promised prizes and statutory rights remain unaffected.

11. Rights to content

Rights to Tryaz Gaming's own texts, design elements, software and other original content remain with the respective rights holder. Use beyond the intended operation of the website is only permitted where allowed by law or with prior consent.

Rights to Clash Royale, Supercell assets, card artwork, trademarks and other game content remain with Supercell Oy or the respective stated rights holders. Making them available on Tryaz Gaming does not grant any additional rights of use.

12. Liability

Tryaz Gaming has unlimited liability for intent and gross negligence and for culpable injury to life, body or health. Any expressly assumed guarantee and mandatory statutory liability, in particular under the German Product Liability Act, remain unaffected.

For a slightly negligent breach of a material contractual obligation, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract at the time it was concluded. Material obligations are those whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the relevant user relationship possible and on whose observance users may regularly rely. Liability for other slight negligence is excluded.

These liability rules also apply in favour of legal representatives and agents. They do not alter the responsibility of external providers for their own services, shops, content and interfaces.

13. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains which personal data is processed for individual features, the legal basis and deletion periods. Consent to detailed analytics is voluntary and not required to use the website.

Optional cross-visit analytics may only be enabled if you are at least 16 years old. Separate anonymous daily totals only count successful requests to fixed feature categories and cannot identify visitors or minors.

14. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be changed for the future where required by new features, changed legal requirements, security concerns or changes to external services. Changes do not apply retroactively. For interactive features, reasonable notice will be given of material adverse changes before they apply to further use.

15. Final provisions

German law applies. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another country, mandatory consumer protection provisions of that country remain unaffected. No exclusive jurisdiction is agreed for consumers.

If an individual provision is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective. The applicable statutory provisions replace the invalid provision.
